WHat is this Website?

Every week my family and I use a random country generator to select a random country who's food to eat, so we search the web for a restaurant in London that serves that country's food and test it, even if it's not somewhere that most people would choose to have a lunch out. Though I have to say, most of the time we are pleasantly surprised!

However, some of the world's countries being very small and their cuisine almost un-heard of, we sometimes have to slightly bend the rules and go to a neighbouring country's restaurant. We do always try to find dishes on the menu from the county of choice though.

By clicking on one of the continents at the top, right hand corner of the screen you will be able to see all the country's cuisines that we've tasted, where you can find a good native restaurant, my ratings and comments of each restaurant and that country's most well known, traditional food.

Rating Guide

I'm very strict with the ratings, the average being three stars. This doesn't mean that the meal wasn't good, it's just so that you can tell when a restaurant is **really** **outstanding**.

☆☆☆☆☆ - Everything abosolutely outstanding.

☆☆☆☆ - Amazing food and service.

☆☆☆ - Generally very nice and enjoyable.

☆☆ - Satisfactory.

☆ - Poor, not an enjoyable meal or environment.
