As so much of Oceania is surrounded by sea, fish is very commonly used in dishes and coconuts, commonly used in deserts because of the tropical environment. The meat that Oceania is best known for is lamb, but you will also find unusual meats in Oceanic restaurants like crocodile, kangaroo and buffalo meat!
